Dana Lamont Williams (born March 20, 1963) is an American former professional baseball player. He appeared in eight games in the Major League Baseball (MLB) as a backup outfielder, designated hitter and pinch runner for the Boston Red Sox during the season. Listed at , , he batted and threw right-handed. Career Williams graduated from Davidson High School (Mobile, Alabama) and was signed by the Red Sox as an undrafted free agent out of Enterprise State Community College. Allan Lee Anderson (born January 7, 1964) is an American former professional baseball player. He was a pitcher over parts of six seasons (1986–1991) with the Minnesota Twins, where he led the American League in ERA in 1988. For his career, he compiled a 49-54 record in 148 appearances, with a 4.11 ERA and 339 strikeouts. Anderson, though he pitched for the Twins during the team's World Series Championship seasons of 1987 and 1991, did not pitch in either postseason. Anderson was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio, and starred as a pitcher for Lancaster High School and for his American Legion Baseball team. In baseball, a run is scored when a player advances around first, second and third base and returns safely to home plate, touching the bases in that order, before three outs are recorded and all obligations to reach base safely on batted balls are met or assured.
