Dalvin James Cook (born August 10, 1995) is an American football running back for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Florida State, where he finished his career as the school's all-time leading rusher. Cook was drafted by the Vikings in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. High school career Born in Opa-locka, Florida, Cook attended Miami Central High School, the same as former Seminole running back Devonta Freeman. His brother is basketball player Deandre Burnett. Cook did not join the football program until his sophomore year, figuring he had no chance to supplant senior running back Devonta Freeman, who led Central to a Class 6A state title in 2010. Dalvin Ertimus DeGrate (born July 23, 1971, in Hampton, Virginia) is an American R&B and soul musician, singer and rapper, best known for his days as Mr. Dalvin, one-quarter of the R&B group Jodeci. Career The rapper for the group, DeGrate rarely sang lead on Jodeci tracks, although he has production and songwriting credits on '' Diary of A Mad Band'' and ''The Show, The After Party, The Hotel''. He occasionally played drums onstage. He released his first solo album, ''Met.A.Mor.Phic'', on April 18, 2000, with the single "Why Can't We". He moved to Def Jam Recordings, and recorded his second album, ''Met.A.Mor.Phic 2: The Rivalry of a Singer and A Rapper'', with appearances by Method Man, Redman, Ludacris. The album was due to be released in 2010, but he decided to leave Def Jam and form his own label, DeGrate Productions, after a dispute. Dalvin Tomlinson (born February 28, 1994) is an American football nose tackle for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Alabama. He was drafted by the New York Giants in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft, and played for the team from 2017 to 2020. High school career Tomlinson attended Henry County High School in McDonough, Georgia. He played football and was a wrestler in high school, winning three state titles. College career Redshirt freshman Tomlinson began attending Alabama in 2012 and redshirted his first season while still recovering from a torn ACL he suffered playing for his soccer team in high school.
