Brody Dalle
Brody Dalle (born Bree Joanna Alice Robinson; 1 January 1979) is an Australian singer, songwriter, and musician. She began playing music in her adolescence and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18, where she founded the punk rock band The Distillers. The group released three albums before disbanding in 2006. She began another project, Spinnerette, which released an eponymous album in 2009. In 2014, she released ''Diploid Love'', her first album under her solo name. Early life Brody Dalle was born Bree Joanna Alice Robinson in Melbourne on 1 January 1979. She was raised in the Fitzroy and Northcote suburbs of Melbourne. Her father left their family when she was young. Her parents later married other people; through her father's second marriage, she is the older half-sister of actress Morgana Robinson. Béatrice Dalle (née Cabarrou; December 19, 1964) is a French actress. Biography Dalle was born in Brest, Finistère, France, as Béatrice Cabarrou. In 1985, she married the painter Jean-François Dalle, whom she divorced in 1988. Working as a model when she met filmmaker Jean-Jacques Beineix, Beineix cast her in the lead role of the 1986 film '' 37°2 le matin'' (later released in the UK and USA as ''Betty Blue'') which received BAFTA and Oscar nominations for Best Foreign Language Film, and made a star of Dalle. She went on to appear in a series of major roles in French films, including the 1989 film '' Chimère'', which was entered into the 1989 Cannes Film Festival. François Dalle (18 March 1918 – 9 August 2005) was a French entrepreneur who served as CEO of French multinational cosmetics company L'Oréal between 1957 and 1984. Personal life Born on 18 March 1918 in the small town of the Pas-de-Calais region in the north of France, François Leon Marie-Joseph Dalle was the son of a brewer. Dalle attended the University of Paris to study law. Upon graduating he practiced for two years then took a job with French Soap brand Monsavon. As he moved up in the company he later became director of a factory where he met the founder of L'Oreal Eugène Schueller. He married in 1982 Genevieve Clement but later divorced. Out of their marriage, the couple had four sons and two daughters. After his death in 2005, Sir Lindsay Owen-Jones succeeded him as L'oreal CEO. Dan Peter Dalle (born 5 December 1956) is a Swedish actor, comedian, writer and film director. Dalle grew up in Täby outside Stockholm. He is most famous for ''Lorry''. Most recently he wrote and directed a 1939-set thriller '' En fiende att dö för'' (An Enemy To Die For), which had its world premiere in March 2012 in Stockholm. Biography Peter Dalle grew up in Täby, Stockholm County. Together with Ulf Larsson, he founded the Cocosteatern there in 1976. Dalle graduated from the Swedish National Academy of Mime and Acting in Stockholm in 1984 and became known to the general public through his role as Pierre Waldén in the TV series Good Neighbors (1987). Dalle became really established through the TV series Lorry which was broadcast for the first time in 1989.
