Dallas Walker
Dallas Walker (born February 22, 1988) is an American football tight end who is currently a free agent. College Walker played college football at Western Michigan University (WMU). He initially spent a redshirt season at the University of Memphis before transferring to the Georgia Military College junior college. Walker transferred to WMU for the 2009 season and spent three seasons for the Broncos. Professional career Georgia Rampage Walker signed with the Georgia Rampage of the Ultimate Indoor Football League (UIFL) in 2013. San Diego Chargers Walker was signed by the San Diego Chargers in April 2013. On August 25, 2013, he was released by the Chargers. Dallas Cowboys On July 17, 2014, the Dallas Cowboys signed Walker. Tight End
The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Like offensive linemen, they are usually lined up on the offensive line and are large enough to be effective blockers. On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are eligible receivers adept enough to warrant a defense's attention when running pass patterns. Because of the hybrid nature of the position, the tight end's role in any given offense depends on the tactical preferences and philosophy of the head coach as well as overall team dynamic. In some systems, the tight end will merely act as a sixth offensive lineman, rarely going out for passes. Georgia Military College
Georgia Military College (GMC) is a public military junior college in Milledgeville, Georgia. It is divided into the junior college, a military junior college program, high school, middle school, and elementary school. It was originally known as Middle Georgia Military and Agricultural College, until 1900. Although it is a state-funded institution, GMC is not affiliated with either the University System of Georgia or the Technical College System of Georgia. GMC's main facility is housed in the restored old Georgia state capitol building that was the seat of government for the State of Georgia from 1807–68. Ultimate Indoor Football League
The Ultimate Indoor Football League (UIFL) was a regional professional indoor football league that began its inaugural season on February 18, 2011 as the Ultimate Indoor Football League before playing as the United Indoor Football League in 2012, then switched back to "Ultimate" for the 2013 season. After the 2014 season, the league merged with X-League Indoor Football. History On February 18, 2011, the first-ever UIFL game was played between the Saginaw Sting and the Eastern Kentucky Drillers. The inaugural game was held at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, Michigan. The league co-founders are Michael Taylor and Andrew Haines; Haines was also the owner and founder of the Atlantic/American Indoor Football League and the Mid-Atlantic Hockey League.
