Dale Anthony Jones (born 12 March 1964 in St. John's) is a retired Antiguan and Barbudan middle distance runner who specialized in the 800 metres. He won the silver medal at the 1990 Central American and Caribbean Games and the bronze medal at the 1993 Central American and Caribbean Games. At the 1984 Olympic Games he competed on the 4 × 400 m relay team. Athletics is a group of sporting events that involves competitive running, jumping, throwing sports, throwing, and walking.
