Daithí Casey (born March 1990) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for club side Dr Crokes GAA, Dr. Crokes. He has also lined out with UCC GAA, University College Cork and at inter-county level with the Kerry senior football team. He usually lines out in the forwards. Dr Crokes GAA
Dr Crokes is a Gaelic football and hurling club based in Killarney in County Kerry, Republic of Ireland, Ireland. Notable players include Colm Cooper. Founded in 1886, the club's successes include the capture of the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship in 1992 and 2016–17 All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship, 2017. The club has won the Munster Senior Club Football Championship, Munster Club Championship on eight occasions - 1991, 1992, 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2018 Kerry Senior Football Championship#Final, 2018. The club has won the Kerry Senior Football Championship on thirteen occasions, most recently in the 2018 Kerry Senior Football Championship, 2018 championship. Kerry Senior Football Championship
The Kerry Senior Football Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as Garvey’s SuperValu Senior Football Championship) is an annual Gaelic football competition organised by the Kerry County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association since 1889 for the top Gaelic football teams in the county of Kerry in Ireland. The series of games are played during the summer and autumn months, with the county final currently being played in either Austin Stack Park or FitzGerald Stadium in October. Initially played as a knock-out competition, the championship currently uses a double elimination format whereby each team is guaranteed at least two games. The Kerry County Championship is an integral part of the wider Munster Senior Club Football Championship. The 2008 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship was the 77th staging of the All-Ireland Minor Football Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county Gaelic football tournament for boys under the age of 18. Galway entered the championship as defending champions, however, they were defeated by Roscommon in the Connacht semi-final. On 27 September 2008, Tyrone won the championship following a 1-20 to 1-15 defeat of Mayo in a replay of the All-Ireland final. Munster Minor Football Championship
The Munster Minor Football Championship is an annual Gaelic football competition organised by the Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association since 1928 for the youngest competitors (under-18) in the province of Munster in Ireland. It is currently sponsored by Electric Ireland and therefore officially known as the Electric Ireland Munster GAA Football Minor Championship. The series of games are played during the summer months with the Munster final currently being played on the second Sunday in July. The minor final provides the curtain-raiser to the senior final. The winning team is presented with the Tadhg Crowley Cup. The 2018 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship was the 131st edition of the GAA's premier inter-county Gaelic football competition since its establishment in 1887. Thirty-three teams entered the competition – thirty-one of the thirty-two counties of Ireland ( Kilkenny, as in previous years, did not enter), London and New York.
