Daisuke Matsuzaka
is a Japanese former professional baseball pitcher, who pitched professionally for 23 seasons, 16 of them in NPB, 7 in MLB. He is currently a baseball color commentator, critic, reporter, and YouTuber. Daisuke is nicknamed in Japan and "Dice-K" in the United States by ''The Boston Globe'' and ''USA Today''. is a Japanese former professional footballer who played as a defender. He played for the Japan national team. Club career Ichikawa is a product of Shimizu S-Pulses youth system. He played as right side-back and right midfielder. He made his J1 League debut on March 21, 1998, against Consadole Sapporo. He scored his first league goal against on November 14, 1998, against JEF United Ichihara. He was still a high school student at that time. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Daisuke Higuchi. The series was published in Shueisha's ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'' from March 1998 to October 2002. The series was adapted into a 39-episode anime television series broadcast exclusively by Animax across Japan and South Korea. is a former professional boxer from Japan. He is the former WBC and lineal flyweight champion, and former Japanese and OPBF flyweight champion. Professional career Naito made his professional debut in October, 1996. He compiled an undefeated record, and challenged future WBA flyweight champion Takefumi Sakata for the Japanese flyweight title on July 16, 2001, but failed to win the title in a 10-round draw. Naito traveled to Thailand in 2002 for his first world title shot, challenging Pongsaklek Wonjongkam for the WBC and lineal flyweight titles.
