Dagmar Maalstad (3 April 1902 - 27 June 2000) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. From 1935 to 1948 she led the Norwegian Girl Guide Organization. The Norwegian Guide and Scout Association ( no, Norges Speiderforbund, NSF) is a Norwegian Scouting and Guiding association founded in its present form in 1978, when the ''Norwegian Boy Scout Organization'' (founded in 1911 and among the charter members of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1922) and the ''Norwegian Girl Guide Organization'' (founded in 1921 and an early member of World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts) merged. The Storting ( no, Stortinget ) (lit. the Great Thing) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo. The unicameral parliament has 169 members and is elected every four years based on party-list proportional representation in nineteen multi-seat constituencies. Hordaland () was a county in Norway, bordering Sogn og Fjordane, Buskerud, Telemark, and Rogaland counties. Hordaland was the third largest county, after Akershus and Oslo, by population.
