Dag Otto Lauritzen
Dag Otto Lauritzen (born 12 September 1956) is a Norwegian people, Norwegian television personality and retired professional cycle sport, cyclist. At the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles he won a bronze medal in the Cycling at the 1984 Summer Olympics – Men's individual road race, individual road race. He was the first Norwegian to win a stage of the Tour de France, which he did on Bastille Day in 1987 Tour de France, 1987 at Luz Ardiden. Over his career he rode the Tour de France eight times. Lauritzen began cycling to recuperate from a military parachuting injury, and switched careers from police officer to cyclist. He won the Norwegian National Road Race Championships, Norwegian National Road Race Championship in 1984 and the Norwegian National Time Trial Championships, Norwegian National Time Trial Championship in 1990. Grimstad
Grimstad () is a municipality in Agder county, Norway. It belongs to the geographical region of Sørlandet. The administrative center of the municipality is the town of Grimstad. TV 2 (''TV to'') is a Norwegian terrestrial television channel. Its headquarters are located in Bergen. Züri-Metzgete (Zürich German; en, Championship of Zürich; german: Meisterschaft von Zürich) was a European Classic cycle race held annually in Zürich, Switzerland, and continued as a non-professional mass participation event from 2007 until 2014. It was a race with a long history dating back to 1914, on a demanding course in the hilly region around Zürich. Team Time Trial
A team time trial (TTT) is a road bicycle race in which teams of cyclists race against the clock (see individual time trial for a more detailed description of ITT events). The winning team in a TTT is determined by the comparing the times of (usually) the fourth-finishing rider in each team (though the relevant finish position can be otherwise specified in advance by the race organisers). This means that each team will try to get their first four (at least) riders across the finish line in a tight group: it is actually a disadvantage for any rider to finish far in advance of the fourth rider, as by staying back a faster rider can help the fourth rider to get a quicker time.
