Daesiidae
Daesiidae is a family (biology), family of Solifugae, solifugids, which are widespread in Africa and the Middle East. Members of the family are also present in India, Italy, South America, the Balkans, and the single species ''Gluvia dorsalis'' in the Iberian Peninsula. A single fossil species is known from Eocene Baltic amber. Gluvia
''Gluvia'' is a genus of Daesiidae, daesiid camel spiders, first described by Carl Ludwig Koch in 1842. It only has two species, ''Gluvia dorsalis'' and ''Gluvia brunnea'', the only two species of Solifugae, solifugid found in Portugal and Spain. ''Gluvia dorsalis'' is reported to be a common species on the streets of Madrid. References
