Daejarn Asi (born 15 August 2000) is a New Zealand professional rugby league footballer who plays as a and for the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League (NRL). He previously played for the North Queensland Cowboys, New Zealand Warriors in the NRL and the New Zealand Māori at representative level. Background Born in Christchurch, New Zealand, Asi is of Samoan (Solosolo and Afega), Māori (Ngāi Tahu and Tuhoe) and English descent. He played his junior rugby league for the Aranui Eagles before moving to Australia. In Australia, he played his junior rugby league for the Nerang Roosters and Ormeau Shearers. 2020 North Queensland Cowboys Season
The 2020 North Queensland Cowboys season was the 26th in the club's history. Coached by Paul Green and captained by Michael Morgan, they competed in the NRL's 2020 Telstra Premiership. The 2020 season was the club's first at their new home ground, Queensland Country Bank Stadium, after 25 seasons at Willows Sports Complex. The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in Belmore, a suburb in the Canterbury-Bankstown region of Sydney. The 2022 NRL season is the 115th season of professional rugby league in Australia and the 25th season run by the National Rugby League. This became the second longest stretch of time (after 1947-1966 - 20 seasons) of a continuous line-up of teams in competition history (overtaking 1967-1981 - 15 seasons). The Penrith Panthers are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the western Sydney suburb of Penrith that competes in the NRL. Queensland Under-20 Rugby League Team
The Queensland Under-20 rugby league team, also known as Queensland Under-20s or Queensland U20, represents Queensland in the sport of rugby league at an under-20 age level.
