Dade County Resistance is an American, South Carolina power pop/ punk rock band, started in 2001 by former members of Guyana Punch Line, Self and Insult To Injury. Dade County Resistance released a self-titled EP and contributed four tracks to the ''Twelve Step Program'' compilation before recording first album. The debut album ''Every Last Chance'' was released by tREND iS dEAD! records and Three Day Hero in 2003. OK Go
OK Go is an American rock band originally from Chicago, Illinois, now based in Los Angeles, California. The band is composed of Damian Kulash (lead vocals, guitar), Tim Nordwind (bass guitar and vocals), Dan Konopka (drums and percussion), and Andy Ross (guitar, keyboards and vocals), who joined them in 2005, replacing Andy Duncan. The band is known for its quirky and elaborate music videos which are often filmed in one take. The original members formed as OK Go in 1998 and released two studio albums before Duncan's departure. The group continued through numerous line-up changes and released a number of vinyl records and CDs before Hahn's death in 2007. Avail is an American punk rock band from Richmond, Virginia, United States. Originally from Reston, Virginia, the band formed in 1987, its members including Joe Banks, Doug Crosby, Brien Stewart, and Mikey Warstler. The only original remaining member, guitar player Joe Banks, teamed up with rival band LDK's (Learning Disabled Kids) Tim Barry. They moved to Richmond in 1990, and soon, after numerous line up changes, put together a solid lineup to release their first album ''Satiate'' in 1992. Many of their lyrics center on Richmond. The band released six studio albums. The band has never officially disbanded, but has not released any new material since 2002 and stopped playing live shows in 2007. Stretch Arm Strong (Also known as Stretch Armstrong) is a hardcore punk band from Columbia, South Carolina, and the flagship band for We Put Out Records. They were primarily active from 1992 to 2005. Several of the band members are outspoken Christians, but they prefer not to be classified as a Christian band in some cases. Vocalist Chris McLane appears on Zao's ''The Lesser Lights of Heaven'' DVD. In 2020, the band was announced to perform at Furnace Fest 2020.
