''Dabangg 2'' () is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film co-produced with and directed by Arbaaz Khan in his directorial debut, who co-produced the film with Malaika Arora. Its story is set in Kanpur and written by Dilip Shukla. ''Dabangg 2'' serves as a sequel to the 2010 film ''Dabangg'' and is the second part in the highly successful '' Dabangg franchise''. It stars Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan, Mahie Gill and Vinod Khanna reprising their roles from ''Dabangg'', with Prakash Raj playing the antagonist. Tinu Anand (born Virender Raj Anand, 12 October 1945) is an Indian actor, director, writer and producer in Hindi cinema and a few Telugu and Tamil films.
