DWEB (99.9 FM) is a radio station owned and operated by Filipinas Broadcasting Network. The station's studio and transmitter are located at the Municipal Public Market, Brgy. San Antonio, Poblacion, Nabua. Established in 1980, DWEB is the pioneer FM station in the province. It was formerly located in Naga from until 2010, when it relocated to Nabua. It used to carry a modern rock format during the 1990s and 2000s. It is currently part of the Bicol Media Network Group. Incident Two DWEB radio journalists were killed within a year. Canaman, officially the Municipality of Canaman ( bcl, Banwaan kan Canaman; tl, Bayan ng Canaman) is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines. Central Bikol
Central Bikol commonly called Bikol Naga, also known simply as Bikol, is an Austronesian language spoken by the Bicolanos, primarily in the Bicol Region of southern Luzon, Philippines. It is spoken in the northern and western part of Camarines Sur, second congressional district of Camarines Norte, eastern part of Albay, northeastern part of Sorsogon, San Pascual town in Masbate, and southwestern part of Catanduanes. Central Bikol speakers can be found in all provinces of Bicol and it is a majority language in Camarines Sur. The standard ''sprachraum'' form is based on the Canaman dialect. Central Bikol features some vocabulary not found in other Bikol languages nor in other members of the Central Philippine language family like Tagalog and Cebuano. AM Broadcasting
AM broadcasting is radio broadcasting using amplitude modulation (AM) transmissions. It was the first method developed for making audio radio transmissions, and is still used worldwide, primarily for medium wave (also known as "AM band") transmissions, but also on the longwave and shortwave radio bands.
