Daniel Keys Moran
Daniel Keys Moran (born November 30, 1962), also known by his initials DKM, is an American computer programmer and science fiction writer. Biography Moran was born in Los Angeles to Richard Joseph Moran and Marilynn Joyce Moran. He has three sisters, Kari Lynn Moran, Jodi Anne Moran and Kathleen Moran. A native of Southern California, he formerly lived (with his former wife Holly Thomas Moran) in North Hollywood. DKM, his third wife Amy Stout-Moran, and their sons Richard Moran and Connor Moran, along with Amy's two daughters and one son later lived in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. In early 2005 Keys Moran lost vision in one eye due to wet macular degeneration. Bibliography Moran's first story, "All the Time in the World", appeared in ''Asimov's Science Fiction'' in May 1982. D'Kings Men
''D'Kings Men'' is a compilation album by Nigerian record label DB Records. It was released on June 24, 2013, by the label and Sony. The album was produced by Don Jazzy, Jay Sleek and Dee Vee. It features guest appearances from Kanye West, Big Sean, Snoop Lion, Fally Ipupa, Durella, Olamide, Ikechukwu and Naeto C. ''D'Kings Men'' produced eleven singles—"Oliver Twist", "Sister Caro", " Oyato", "Bachelor", " Top of the World", "Cashflow", " Don't Tell Me Nonsense", "For Example", "Finally", "Why You Love Me" and "Obimo (My Heart)". It received mixed reviews from music critics, who panned its lyrics and sound. Background and release D'banj founded the DB Records label and started working on the album prior to splitting with his longtime business partner Don Jazzy. Dropkick Murphys
Dropkick Murphys are an American Celtic punk band formed in Quincy, Massachusetts in 1996. Singer and bassist Ken Casey has been the band's only constant member. Other current members include drummer Matt Kelly (1997– ), singer Al Barr (1998– ), guitarist James Lynch (2000– ), multi-instrumentalist Tim Brennan (2003– ) and multi-instrumentalist Jeff DaRosa (2007– ). The band was initially signed to independent punk record label Hellcat Records, releasing five albums for the label, and building a reputation locally through constant touring and yearly St. Patrick's Day week shows, held in and around Boston. The 2004 single, "Tessie" became the band's first mainstream hit and one of their biggest charting singles to date. WDBZ
WDBZ (1230 AM) is an urban talk/urban contemporary-formatted radio station serving Cincinnati, Ohio. The station mostly plays urban talk while also providing urban oldies and urban contemporary gospel music. Owned by Urban One, its studios are located at Centennial Plaza in Downtown Cincinnati and the transmitter site is in Eden Park. History WDBZ broadcasts on one of the oldest radio frequencies in Cincinnati. The AM license was originally granted in 1924 and broadcast as WFBE at 1290 AM, later moving to 1230. It was the weakest of five AM stations in Cincinnati. Scripps-Howard Newspapers (now the E. W. Scripps Company) purchased the station in October 1935, renaming it WCPO after ''The Cincinnati Post''. (Scripps-Howard Broadcasting would later launch sister stations WCPO-TV and WCPO-FM.) A ship prefix is a combination of letters, usually abbreviations, used in front of the name of a civilian or naval ship that has historically served numerous purposes, such as identifying the vessel's mode of propulsion, purpose, or ownership/nationality. In the modern environment, prefixes are cited inconsistently in civilian service, whereas in government service a vessel's prefix is seldom omitted due to government regulations dictating that a certain prefix be used. Today the common practice is to use a single prefix for all warships of a nation's navy, and other prefixes for auxiliaries and ships of allied services, such as coast guards. For example, the modern navy of Japan adopts the prefix "JS" – Japanese Ship. However, not all navies use prefixes. Among the Blue-water navy, blue-water navies, those of France, Brazil, China, Russia, Germany, and Spain do not use ship prefixes. In computing, a loadable kernel module (LKM) is an object file that contains code to extend the running kernel, or so-called ''base kernel'', of an operating system. LKMs are typically used to add support for new hardware (as device drivers) and/or filesystems, or for adding system calls.
