The American television sitcom ''Full House'' ran for eight seasons on ABC from September 22, 1987, to May 23, 1995. ''Full House'' is an American television sitcom created by Jeff Franklin for ABC. The show is about widowed father Danny Tanner who enlists his brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis and childhood best friend Joey Gladstone to help raise his three daughters, eldest D.J., middle child Stephanie and youngest Michelle in his San Francisco home. It aired from September 22, 1987, to May 23, 1995, broadcasting eight seasons and 192 episodes. While never a critical favorite, the series was consistently in the Nielsen Top 30 (from season two onward) and continues to gain even more popularity in syndicated reruns, and is also aired internationally. Bob Saget
Robert Lane Saget (May 17, 1956 – January 9, 2022) was an American stand-up comedian, actor, and television host. Saget played Danny Tanner on the ABC sitcom ''Full House'' (1987-1995), and reprised the role for its Netflix sequel '' Fuller House'' (2016–2020). He additionally was the original host of ''America's Funniest Home Videos'' (1989–1997), and the voice of narrator Ted Mosby on the CBS sitcom '' How I Met Your Mother'' (2005–2014). Saget was also known for his adult-oriented stand-up comedy, and his 2014 album ''That's What I'm Talkin' About'' was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. Andrea Barber
Andrea Laura Barber (born July 3, 1976) is an American actress. She is known for playing Kimmy Gibbler in the ABC sitcom ''Full House'' and the Netflix sequel series '' Fuller House''. Early life Barber is the youngest of three children. She graduated from La Serna High School in Whittier, California. She earned a degree in English from Whittier College in 1999. Barber also has an MA in Women's Studies from the University of York, England. She returned to Whittier as assistant to the director of Whittier College's Office of International Programs. Career Barber's first major role was as the original Carrie Brady on the American soap opera '' Days of Our Lives'', from 1982 to 1986. She also guest starred and starred in many movies and television series. Barber is known for her role on the sitcom ''Full House'' as Kimmy Gibbler, the best friend of D.J.
