DJ Ram
DJ Ram is a pseudonym of Roman Olegovich Pen'kov (russian: Роман Олегович Пеньков), born on November 17, 1976, in Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad. In 1994 he finished secondary school N10 in the physico-mathematical class in Kursk and entered university in the same year, specializing in "physics and information theory". He finished university in 2000. DJ Ram is a well known Russian based producer and remixer , who has worked with many styles of dance music. He began his professional career in 1997 and has been recognized as one of the best remixers in Russia . In 1999 his collaboration track with the band Mumiy Troll was recognized as the best Russian song of year by the radio station "Maximum". Beborn Beton is a German synthpop band founded in 1989, with their first album release in 1993. Their debut named ''Tybalt'' is a compilation of the best tracks written in the first three years of their band history and was very well received in the electronic music scene. Clan of Xymox, also known as simply Xymox, are a Dutch rock band from Nijmegen formed in 1981 best known as pioneers of darkwave music. Clan of Xymox featured a trio of singers and songwriters – Ronny Moorings, Anka Wolbert, and Pieter Nooten – and gained success in the 1980s, releasing their first two albums on 4AD, before releasing their third and fourth albums on Wing Records and scoring a hit single in the United States. Sara Noxx is a German musician and member of the alternative music scene. She is also a member of the band Essexx, who in 1997 were the winners of the ''Zillo'' band contest. Boytronic
Boytronic is a German music group that plays electropop. It was founded in 1983 by Holger Wobker and Peter Sawatzki in Hamburg, Germany as ''Kapitän Sehnsucht'' (Captain Desire). The original Boytronic released two synthpop albums: ''The Working Model'' (1983) and ''The Continental'' (1985). The record company, claiming rights to the band name, put together a completely different line-up in 1986. It was headed by Hayo Lewerentz (Hayo Panarinfo) (U96/ Major Records) and continued to record under the Boytronic name until the mid-1990s. Red Flag is a synthpop act founded in 1984 in San Diego by brothers Chris and Mark Reynolds. After the death of Mark in 2003, Chris has continued as a solo act since 2007 under the name Red Flag. History Hailing from Liverpool, England, and after growing up there, the brothers moved to locations such as Montreal and Seattle, following their father's itinerant job. De/Vision is a German synthpop musical group formed in 1988. The band started as a quartet consisting of Thomas Adam, Steffen Keth, Stefan Blender, and Markus Ganssert.
