DJ Ferret
Patrick Rodgers, known professionally as DJ Ferret, is a Bahamian-born American DJ, concert promoter, record producer and consumer advocate from Philadelphia. DJ Ferret's releases to date have all been mixes of other artists' work. The most successful of these were the "Underground Club Mix" series associated with Asleep By Dawn magazine. The 3-volume series was initially available only through Hot Topic, although all 3 albums eventually received a brief limited retail release. The first volume included tracks by Paul Van Dyk, Ministry and Skinny Puppy. The second volume was packaged with a DVD and included The 69 Eyes, Eisbrecher and Joachim Witt. On the strength of the included DVD, the title spent one week on the Billboard Comprehensive Music Video Chart at position #38 in the issue dated 25 November 2006. Freeport, Bahamas
Freeport is a city, district and free trade zone on the island of Grand Bahama of the northwest Bahamas. In 1955, Wallace Groves, a Virginian financier with lumber interests in Grand Bahama, was granted of pineyard with substantial areas of swamp and scrubland by the Bahamian government with a mandate to economically develop the area. Freeport has grown to become the second most populous city in the Bahamas. The main airport serving the city is the Grand Bahama International Airport, which receives domestic flights from various islands of the Bahamas as well as several international flights from the United States and Canada. The Cure are an English Rock music, rock band formed in 1978 in Crawley, Crawley, West Sussex. Corvus Corax (band)
Corvus Corax is a German band known for playing neo-Medieval music using authentic instruments. Their name is the Latin name for the common raven. The band was formed in 1989 by Castus Rabensang, Wim (Venustus) and Meister Selbfried ("Master Selfpeace") in East Germany. The band often uses bagpipes as the solo instrument; their live performances attract attention with the bizarre look of the musicians being reminiscent of ancient Greek myths: half-naked, dressed in unusual clothes, wearing primitive tribal decorations, often tattooed. Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi (born 28 September 1978), better known by his alias Bushido, is a German rapper, hip-hop producer, and entrepreneur. He is also the co-founder of the record label ersguterjunge. Raised in Berlin, Ferchichi came in contact with hip-hop through graffiti and his friend and fellow rapper Fler. In 2001, Ferchichi released his demo ''King of KingZ'', which later led him to sign a record label deal with Aggro Berlin. Azad Azadpour (born 24 November 1973), known professionally as Azad, is a German rapper of Kurdish descent based in Frankfurt. As one of the first German street rappers who become successful, he strongly influenced the German rap scene. Seeed is a German hip hop, reggae and dancehall band based in Berlin. Founded in 1998, they have become well known in Germany and its neighboring countries.
