WikiProject Aircraft
A WikiProject, or Wikiproject, is a Wikimedia movement affinity group for contributors with shared goals. WikiProjects are prevalent within the largest wiki, Wikipedia, and exist to varying degrees within sister projects such as Wiktionary, Wikiquote, Wikidata, and Wikisource. They also exist in different languages, and translation of articles is a form of their collaboration. During the COVID-19 pandemic, CBS News noted the role of Wikipedia's WikiProject Medicine in maintaining the accuracy of articles related to the disease. Another WikiProject that has drawn attention is WikiProject Women Scientists, which was profiled by '' Smithsonian'' for its efforts to improve coverage of women scientists which the profile noted had "helped increase the number of female scientists on Wikipedia from around 1,600 to over 5,000". Dynali H2S
The Dynali H2S is a Belgian helicopter, designed by Jacky Tonet and produced by Dynali of the Thines district of Nivelles. When it was available the aircraft was supplied as a kit for amateur constructionBayerl, Robby; Martin Berkemeier; et al: ''World Directory of Leisure Aviation 2011-12'', page 190. WDLA UK, Lancaster UK, 2011. or fully assembled, supplied ready-to-fly. By December 2017 the design was no longer advertised on the company website and production has most likely ended. Design and development The H2S was designed to comply with the amateur-built aircraft rules, but a light-sport aircraft category version, the Dynali H3, is also being developed. It features a single main rotor, a two-seats-in side-by-side configuration enclosed cockpit with a windshield, skid-type landing gear and a four-cylinder, liquid cooled four-stroke, Subaru EJ25 automotive conversion engine. The aircraft fuselage is made from a combination of aluminium tubing and welded stainless st ...

RotorWay Exec
The RotorWay Exec is a family of American two-bladed, skid-equipped, two-seat kit helicopters, manufactured by RotorWay International of Chandler, Arizona and supplied in kit form for amateur-construction. Design and development The Exec 162F is the latest in the Exec series of helicopters manufactured by RotorWay International. The RotorWay Scorpion design was updated with an aluminum tail and full fiberglass cockpit enclosure to become the Exec. The Exec 90 was developed in the early 1990s, it was, at the time, the only piston-powered helicopter to utilize an asymmetrical airfoil for improved autorotation characteristics and safety. In 1994, a fuel injection system with electronic ignition, and FADEC was added to the Exec 90, producing the Exec 162F. Unlike most U.S.-designed helicopters, the main rotor on the Exec 162F rotates clockwise, as seen from above. The Exec series was further developed into the RotorWay A600 Talon, which replaced the Exec in production.Bayerl ...

LCA LH 212 Delta
The LCA LH 212 Delta is a two-seat Italian piston engine ultralight helicopter first flown in 2010. Design and development Though strong similarities between the Delta and another Italian helicopter, the 1989 DF Helicopters DF334, have been noted, it is not clear if there are direct relationships between either the machines or their makers. The Delta made its first flight after eight years of development. The Delta has a standard pod and boom layout, the latter high set, slender and braced with a narrow angle V-form strut pair to its halfway point from bottom of the pod. It has a short span tailplane with small endplate fins raised above the boom on a swept, high aspect ratio fin, forming a T-tail. The tail rotor, mounted on the starboard side of the boom, has its two blades protected from ground strikes by a long, curved tubular bumper. The pod seats two side-by-side behind a full clear forward transparency. Its skin is carbon fibre over a titanium alloy tube frame. Tand ...

Heli-Sport CH-7
The Cicaré CH-7 and Heli-Sport CH7 are a series of ultralight, kit-built helicopters based on a single-seat Argentinian design from the late 1980s. It was later developed into a tandem two-seater, and remains in production. Design and development In 1989 EliSport, which became Heli-Sport in 1997, bought the rights to the Cicare CH-6, a small single-seat open cockpit helicopter designed in Argentina by Augusto Cicaré. It was developed by Josi and Claudio Barbero and, with the help of the sports car designer, Marcello Gandini who produced a new, enclosed cabin, marketed from 1992 as the CH-7 Angel. Its commercial success led to a tandem two-seat version with a stretched cabin and bigger engine, named the CH-7 Kompress and, in 2005, a further refinement designated the CH-7 Kompress Charlie. The piston engine-powered CH-7 ultralight series use the traditional "penny-farthing" layout with two-bladed main and tail rotors. The main rotor is formed from composites and is a tee ...

Famà Kiss 209
The Famà Kiss 209M is an Italian ultralight two-seat helicopter, built from composite materials around a steel frame and with an optional retractable undercarriage. The moniker "Kiss" stands for "keep it stupidly simple", reflecting the philosophy of its designer, Nino Famà. Design and development The Kiss 209M is a single rotor, conventionally laid out helicopter seating two side-by-side. The design targets were low cost and easy maintenance, combined with a comfortable cabin and good performance. The centre section and the high-set tail boom are tube steel structures, clad in carbon fibre. The cabin shell is also carbon fibre and bolts to the central frame. The 120 kW (160 hp) Solar T62 turboshaft engine is supported above the cabin roof and tail line, partly exposed, driving twin blade main and tail rotors. The latter is accompanied at the extreme tail by a fin/underfin pair, both swept and slender. A narrow pair of tailplanes is located forward of the tail rot ...

WDLA UK, Lancaster UK, 2011. ISSN 1368-485X Design and development The RotorWay Exec was developed into a turbine-powered version in 1996 by AvioTecnica of Italy and marketed as the AvioTecnica ES-101 Raven. In 2008 the Raven design was acquired by Alpi and further developed. The AH 130 externally resembles the RotorWay Exec. It features a single main rotor, a two-seats-in side-by-side configuration enclosed cockpit, skid-type landing gear and a Solar T62 auxiliary power unit employed as a turboshaft engine.
