DC Mountain Lab
The DC Mountain Lab was a private snowboard park in Park City, Utah, known as a research and development center. As of 2011, the property is being put up for sale. The property is taken up mostly by the snowboard park, but there is also a house there. It was owned and operated by DC Shoes president and co-founder Ken Block. Park City is a city in Utah, United States. The vast majority is in Summit County, and it extends into Wasatch County. It is considered to be part of the Wasatch Back. DC Shoes is an American company that specializes in footwear for action sports, including skateboarding and snowboarding. The company also manufactures apparel, bags, accessories, hats, tshirts, and posters. History The company was founded in June 1994 by Danny Way and Ken Block. It was originally based in Carlsbad, California, but is now based in Huntington Beach, California, United States. DC originally stood for "Droors Clothing", but since the sale of Droors Clothing, DC no longer has ties to Droors and is simply DC Shoes, Inc.
