''D4DJ'' (''Dig Delight Direct Drive DJ'') is a Japanese music media franchise created by Bushiroad, with original story by Kō Nakamura. Takaaki Kidani is credited as executive producer. It consists primarily of live disc jockey performances, a rhythm game for smartphones titled ''D4DJ Groovy Mix'' and a 13-episode anime television series titled ''D4DJ First Mix'', which aired from October 2020 to January 2021. A spin-off anime series titled ''D4DJ Petit Mix'' aired from February to July 2021. A standalone episode titled ''D4DJ Double Mix'' premiered in August 2022. Seiji Mizushima
is a Japanese anime director who is known for such series as ''Shaman King'', ''Fullmetal Alchemist'', ''Mobile Suit Gundam 00'', ''Un-Go'', and ''Concrete Revolutio''. His first directorial film project, '' Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa'', won the 60th Mainichi Film Award for Best Animation Film. Sanzigen
is a Japanese animation studio specializing in CGI animation. The studio was founded in 2003, later becoming formally incorporated in 2006 by former employees of Gonzo, and has contributed to various anime series and films. Its name is derived from the Japanese word for . Sanzigen joined the Japanese joint holding company Ultra Super Pictures with studios Ordet and Trigger, that would later be joined by Liden Films. is a Japanese author and anime screenwriter. His manga series ''Chocotto Sister'' was adapted into an animated television series. Live2D is an animation software developed by Live2D Ltd. It can be used to generate real-time 2D animations, usually anime-style characters, using layered, continuous parts based on an illustration, without the need of frame-by-frame animation or a 3D model. This enables characters to move while maintaining the original illustration at low-cost. It can be considered as the balance of cost and effect of an animation.
