D33J
Djavan Santos (born October 30, 1990), better known by his stage name D33J, is an American record producer based in Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the Wedidit collective. He has collaborated with Tory Lanez and Lil Yachty. Early life Djavan Santos was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He studied guitar and electronic music at Alexander Hamilton High School. Career D33J remixed Kid Smpl's "Pulse" off of ''Escape Pod''. In October 2012, it was announced that he got signed to the Anticon label. His first extended play (EP), ''Tide Songs'', was re-released on the label in early 2013. He released the second EP, ''Gravel'', later that year. In 2017, D33J released his debut studio album, ''Death Valley Oasis''. It included guest appearances from Deradoorian, Baths, Corbin, and Shlohmo. Anticon (often styled as anticon.) is an independent record label based in Los Angeles, California. It was founded in 1998 by seven musicians and manager Baillie Parker. It is now collectively owned among six musicians, co-founder Parker, and manager Shaun Koplow. The original musicians signed to Anticon were once referred to as the Anticon collective. History The label's roster of artists has been described as "the hip-hop equivalent of post-rock" and "avant-garde hip-hop". Henry Laufer (born January 3, 1990), known professionally as Shlohmo, is an American musician and producer from Los Angeles. He is best known for his experimental production style and for founding the record label Wedidit Records. Career Shlohmo, born Henry Laufer, is a musician and artist from Los Angeles. El Ten Eleven is an American, Los Angeles-based, post-rock duo, known for combining guitar/bass doubleneck or fretless bass, with heavy looping, or vamping, and the use of an effects pedal, over acoustic or electric drumming. They have released ten full-length albums, 2 EPs and a remix album, earning generally positive reviews. Alba Farelo i Solé (born 7 March 1997), known professionally as Bad Gyal, is a Spanish singer, songwriter, DJ and model. Known for her distinctive overall use of Auto-Tune, Bad Gyal has developed a strong cult following ever since her musical career began in 2016 with her interpretation of Rihanna's "Work" in the Catalan language.
