''Cybermorph'' is a shooter video game developed by Attention to Detail and published by Atari Corporation for the Atari Jaguar first in North America on November 23, 1993, where it was included as the pack-in game for the console when it launched. It was later released in Europe on June 23, 1994 and finally in Japan as a stand-alone release on December 15 of the same year, where it was published by Mumin Corporation. The player takes control of a morphing fighter craft prototype named the Transmogriffon (shortened to TGriffon during the game's mission briefs), with an on-board artificial intelligence called Skylar, to battle in The Galactic War against the Pernitia Empire, who have seized information and supplies of the Resistance into pods within planets dominated by them that need to be freed to defeat the empire. ''Battlemorph'' is a 1995 shooter video game developed by Attention to Detail and published by Atari Corporation for the Atari Jaguar CD. It is the sequel to '' Cybermorph'' (1993), a pack-in game for the Atari Jaguar. Taking place 30 years after the events of the original game, the player pilots the morphing infiltration fighter War Griffon in an extermination mission against the Pernitia empire, who plans to launch a full-scale invasion to eradicate humanity and take over the galaxy after being pushed back into their home planet. The player is tasked with various objectives, while fighting against enemies and bosses, across eight galaxy clusters in order to liberate them from control of the empire. Atari Jaguar
The Atari Jaguar is a home video game console developed by Atari Corporation and released in North America in November 1993. Part of the fifth generation of video game consoles, it competed with the 16-bit Sega Genesis, the Super NES and the 32-bit 3DO Interactive Multiplayer that launched the same year. Powered by two custom 32-bit Tom and in addition to a Motorola 68000, Atari marketed it as the world's first 64-bit game system, emphasizing its 64-bit bus used by the blitter. The Jaguar launched with '' Cybermorph'' as the pack-in game, which received divisive reviews. The system's library ultimately comprised only 50 licensed games. Attention To Detail
Attention to Detail Ltd (ATD) was a British video game developer based in Hatton. Founded by University of Birmingham graduates in September 1988, it was acquired by Kaboom Studios in January 1997. The studio shut down in August 2003 due to financial issues at Kaboom Studios. The studio is known for developing the ''Rollcage'' series. History In mid-1987, Chris Gibbs, Martin Green, Nalin Sharma, and Jon Steele created the Atari ST port of ''Super Sprint'' for Activision. Sharma had already had experience developing Commodore 64 and contacts in the video game industry, which enabled the group's partnership with Activision. The conversion was finished in twelve weeks. Simultaneously, Fred Gill had developed the game ''Octan'' for the ZX Spectrum, which he sold to Firebird. David Lowe (video Game Composer)
David Lowe also known as "Uncle Art" is a British composer known for his work on computer games from 1985 to 1998. Lowe got attention by making music with professional synthesizers ( CX5, DX7, RX11 drum machine) for an additional cassette tape distributed with the games Starglider 2 and Carrier Command. His Starglider soundtrack for 16-bit computers (ST & Amiga) was also notable of having 15-second long song (a single sound file) with vocals and synthesizers on both versions. Amiga version's title music used high quality instrument sounds (for then prevailing standards - before tracker music). Lowe composed and recorded the music for '' Frontier: Elite II''. EEPROM
EEPROM (also called E2PROM) stands for electrically erasable programmable read-only memory and is a type of non-volatile memory used in computers, usually integrated in microcontrollers such as smart cards and remote keyless systems, or as a separate chip device to store relatively small amounts of data by allowing individual bytes to be erased and reprogrammed.
