Cunningham Motorsports
Cunningham Motorsports (operating at various points in its history as CSG Motorsports and CHS Motorsports) was an American professional stock car racing team that competed primarily in the ARCA Racing Series, but also in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and Busch Series. At various points, the team had driver development links to Dodge, Ganassi Racing Team Penske and Roush Fenway Racing, and won the 2016 ARCA Racing Series championship with Roush driver Chase Briscoe. After 2017, the team was sold to crew chief Chad Bryant, which currently fields the Nos. 22 and 77 in ARCA competition. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is a pickup truck racing series owned and operated by the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, and is the only series in NASCAR to race production pickup truck based stock cars. Michigan International Speedway (MIS) is a moderate-banked D-shaped speedway located off U.S. Highway 12 on more than approximately south of the village of Brooklyn, in the scenic Irish Hills area of southeastern Michigan. James "Bo" LeMastus (born January 8, 1963) is an American businessman, professional racing driver, and former team owner. He races in the Stadium Super Trucks and formerly competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and ARCA Racing Series. He was also the co-owner of DGR-Crosley until 2021. Chad Bryant Racing was an American professional stock car racing team that competed in the ARCA Menards Series and the ARCA Menards Series West. History 2018 The team was formed on January 9, 2018 by ARCA crew chief Chad Bryant, who purchased the assets of the team he had been working for in the series, Cunningham Motorsports, which was being sold by its retiring owner Briggs Cunningham, who was age 85 at the time. His co-owner, 68-year-old Kerry Scherer, also decided to step away from team ownership and did not continue with the team after it was sold to Bryant. Eddie Sharp Jr. (born August 12, 1964) is an American stock car racing team owner and former driver who formerly competed in the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series and the NASCAR Busch Series. He is a former co-owner of Sharp Gallaher Racing, which competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the ARCA Racing Series. Mark Gibson
Mark Gibson (born August 14, 1957) is an American stock car racing driver and team owner. He is a long-time competitor in the ARCA Racing Series, and has also made occasional appearances in NASCAR competition. He helped found the ARCA team Cunningham Motorsports. Personal life Gibson was born in Richlands, Virginia, and is a resident of Winder, Georgia. The son of racer Bo Gibson, he grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida, and graduated in 1975 from Mainland High School. Chase David Wayne Briscoe (born December 15, 1994) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 14 Ford Mustang for Stewart-Haas Racing. He also owns a World of Outlaws sprint car racing team, Chase Briscoe Racing.
