Cronulla-Caringbah Junior Rugby League Football Club
Cronulla-Caringbah Junior Rugby League Football Club is a junior and amateur rugby league football club that was formed in 1952 and competes in the Cronulla-Sutherland District Rugby Football League; the junior side of the club was formed in 1963 to coincide with the formation of the CSDJRFL. The club is based out of Woolooware where its headquarters are located and usually draws on the large majority of its junior players from that suburb and the surrounding areas of Caringbah and Cronulla. The Cronulla-Caringbah club currently field teams from Under 6 age groups all the way up to A Grade. 2020 Sydney Shield Premiership In 2020, the Sydney Shield competition was suspended in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia. The competition was reorganised with several clubs dropping out, and Cronulla-Caringbah and Helensburgh Tigers joining. Paul Bishop (rugby League)
Paul Bishop (born 5 July 1967) is an English former professional rugby league footballer who played for Warrington, Cronulla Sharks, St Helens, Gold Coast Seagulls and Halifax. Early life Born in England, Bishop moved to Australia at an early age when his father, Tommy Bishop, signed for Cronulla Sharks in 1969. When his father returned to England in the early 1980s, Bishop played junior rugby league for Thatto Heath. On his 17th birthday, he was signed by Warrington. Playing career Warrington Bishop made his debut for Warrington in October 1984, scoring a try and kicking seven goals in a 42–30 win against Workington Town. On 11 May 1986, in the semi-final of the 1985–86 Rugby League Premiership, Bishop scored a record-equalling five drop goals in a 23–10 win against Wigan. Andrew Dallalana (born 31 August 1982) is a former Italy national rugby league team, Italy international rugby league footballer who played for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the National Rugby League, NRL. Glenn Coleman (rugby League)
Glenn Coleman (born 21 December 1965) is an Australian former rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s and 1990s. He played his entire club football career with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. He primarily played on the Early life Coleman was born in the south-western Sydney suburb of Bankstown. He began his career playing for his local junior side Cronulla Caringbah at the age of sixteen. He was subsequently scouted and signed as a junior to the Cronulla Sharks.
