Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic
The Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic was an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, that took place at the Crestwood Curling Club in Edmonton, Alberta. It was established in 2014 and ran until 2018, when it was discontinued. The event was held in a round robin format. Through its five editions, the event featured mainly Albertan teams, however, only two of the winning teams were from there. The tournament also included teams from other Canadian provinces such as British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories. Nadine Scotland
Nadine Scotland (born October 4, 1990 as Nadine Chyz) is a Canadian curler from Calgary, Alberta. Career Scotland's first breakout event was at the 2011 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, where she represented Team Alberta. She skipped the team to an 11–1 round robin record before losing the final to Saskatchewan's Trish Paulsen. She also skipped the team in 2010 at the 2010 Canadian Junior Curling Championships where they lost in the tiebreaker. When she was just 16, she skipped Alberta to a 3–3 record at the 2007 Canada Winter Games. She was the alternate for the Canadian team skipped by Jocelyn Peterman at the 2012 World Junior Curling Championships where they also lost in the tiebreaker. Danielle Nicole Schmiemann (born May 29, 1996) is a Canadians, Canadian Curling, curler from Edmonton, Alberta. She currently plays Third (curling), third on Team Selena Sturmay. She is originally from Sundre, Sundre, Alberta but later moved to and graduated from high school in Stony Plain, Alberta. Career Schmiemann started at the University of Alberta in 2014, joining the Alberta Golden Bears and Pandas, Pandas Curling Program. She played within the program throughout the entirety of her University Degree and now joins a group of very successful Bears and Pandas alumni, including all three of her current teammates Kelsey Rocque, Dana Ferguson and Rachelle Brown. Yeom Yoon-jung is a South Korean curler. She was the alternate on the South Korean National Women's Curling Team from 2015–16. Career Yeom played second for Gim Un-chi at the 2009 Pacific-Asia Junior Curling Championships where the team won a bronze medal.
