SaskTel Centre (formerly Credit Union Centre, and originally Saskatchewan Place; informally also known as ''Sask Place'') is an arena located in the Agriplace Industrial Park, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. With 15,195 permanent stadium seats, and situated near the city's northern entrance, the facility opened in February 1988 with a seating capacity of around 7,800. International Basketball Association
The International Basketball Association (IBA) was founded in 1995 by a group of businessmen led by Tom Anderson. The original owners of franchises in the league were George Daniel (Black Hills Posse-Rapid City, SD), John Korsmo, Al Gardner, and Al Hovland (Fargo Beez), Jeff McCarron (St. Cloud Rock 'n Rollers), Bill Sorensen (Dakota Wizards - Bismarck) and Earl Barish (Winnipeg Cyclones). Earl Barish of Winnipeg directed the IBA as League President and the league eventually grew to ten franchises. IIHF World U20 Championship

Agriplace is an industrial park located in the North Industrial SDA Suburban Development Area of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Industrial parks are usually located close to transport facilities, especially where more than one transport modalities coincide. Sk Hwy 16, the Yellowhead, Sk Hwy 11, and Sk Hwy 11 are all accessed directly from Agriplace. The Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport is southwest of the Sk Hwy 16, the Yellowhead highway. Geography The land was annexed from the rural municipality of Corman Park between 1980 and 1984. Saskatoon Sirens
The Saskatoon Sirens were a women's football team in the Lingerie Football League (LFL) and played in the 2012 LFL Canada season. Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the Sirens played their home games at the Credit Union Centre. The Sirens were one of four teams in the LFL Canada league, after the Toronto Triumph (which played in the main LFL for the 2011–12 season), BC Angels, and the Regina Rage. Because Saskatoon lacks a professional football team of its own, the Sirens' colours were based on those of the Saskatoon Blades, the local team in the Western Hockey League.
