Crashdïet
Crashdïet (often stylised as CRASHDÏET) are a Swedish glam metal band formed in Stockholm in 2000. The group consists of Martin Sweet, Peter London, Eric Young and Gabriel Keyes. They have released six albums: 2005's '' Rest in Sleaze'', 2007's '' The Unattractive Revolution'', 2010s ''Generation Wild'', 2013's ''The Savage Playground'', 2019's ''Rust'', and 2022's ''Automaton''. History 2000–2005: Formation and early years The band was originally formed in 2000 and built up a cult following with the release of their first demos, several of which were released on their official website via download. However, in late 2002, the band split up, with former members joining Repugnant and SubVision. Vocalist Dave Lepard then reformed the band with members from the current lineup, guitar player Martin Sweet and bassist Peter London were announced on the band's website on Christmas Day along with a call for drummers. Martin Sweet
Martin Sweet (born Martin Hosselton; 5 May 1979 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a Sweden, Swedish musician most famous for being the lead guitarist for the Swedish Glam metal band Crashdïet. Career Sweet joined the Swedish sleaze band, Crashdïet in 2002 as their guitarist when the then-frontman, Dave Lepard decided to reform the band with new members. The band released their Crashdïet (album), self-titled EP in 2003, and their first full-length album, "Rest in Sleaze" in 2005. The album spawned the singles; "Riot in Everyone", "Knokk 'Em Down", "Breakin' the Chainz", and "It's a Miracle (Crashdïet song), It's a Miracle". Tragically, the band's singer, Dave Lepard was found dead January 20, 2006, he had committed suicide. The band decided to go their separate ways after Lepard's death, but later decided to carry on the Crashdïet legacy and keep Dave's spirit alive. Simon Cruz
Simon Cruz (born Simon Söderström; 26 July 1979), is a Swedes, Swedish rock singer most famous for being the former lead singer for the Swedish sleaze rock band Crashdïet. Pre-Crashdïet Details of Cruz's early life, such as his childhood are virtually unknown.. At some point in his twenties Cruz lived in London, England, which he has cited as the reason he has a British accent. Generation Wild
''Generation Wild'' is the third studio album by Swedish glam metal band Crashdïet. The album was released on April 14, 2010. It is the first album to feature the band's new vocalist Simon Cruz since the departure of their previous singer H. Olliver Twisted. The album debuted at #3 on the Swedish Album Chart. The title track, '' Generation Wild'', was released as the first single on February 28, 2010. The video was banned from MTV due to obscene images. "Rest in Sleaze" is the debut album by Swedish glam metal band Crashdïet. The album was produced by Platform (Chris Laney and Anders Ringman) and Grizzly/Tysper (Gustav Jonsson and Tommy Tysper). The album debuted at #12 on the Swedish album chart. The band released four singles from the album; " Riot in Everyone", " Knokk 'Em Down", " Breakin' the Chainz", and " It's a Miracle". Dave Lepard
David Roberto Hellman (28 May 1980 – 13 January 2006), known by his stage name Dave Lepard, was a Swedish singer, songwriter and musician. He is best known as the lead vocalist of glam metal band Crashdïet. Career He formed the band Crashdïet in 2000 but in 2002, the band split up, and he continued with a new lineup. Their music was based on 1980s sleaze bands, such as Mötley Crüe and Twisted Sister, and the band gained a cult following, especially in Sweden. Crashdïet released four singles from their debut album ''Rest in Sleaze'' which were hits in Sweden; "Riot in Everyone", "Breakin' the Chainz", "Knokk 'Em Down" and "It's A Miracle". Peter London
Peter London (born Peter Lunden; 28 September 1982 in Sweden) is a Swedish bassist. He is best known as the bassist for the Swedish sleaze band Crashdïet, but he also performs as a one-man band, Alter Egon. As Alter Egon, London plays all the instruments himself and sings in Swedish. The songs are mostly about himself and sexual freedom. Since 2015, London has been the bass-player of Rock Against Communism, RAC/pop rock-band ''Bedårande Barn'' where Jimmie Åkesson plays keyboard. London married Swedish model and former Miss Sweden title-holder Isabel Lestapier Winqvist on 25 June 2010 at the Hedvig Eleonora Church in Stockholm. They were divorced in March 2012.

Tobias Forge
Tobias Forge (; born 3 March 1981) is a Swedish singer, musician, and songwriter. He is the leader and primary songwriter of the masked rock band Ghost, performing live as their vocalist under the stage names Papa Emeritus and Cardinal Copia. Although the band was formed in 2006, Forge's identity as the Ghost frontman was only confirmed in 2017, following a lawsuit by former band members due to a royalty dispute. Prior to finding success, he was in several other bands, including Repugnant and Crashdïet, under the stage name Mary Goore. ''The Savage Playground'' is the fourth studio album by Swedish glam metal band Crashdïet. The same name as the Canadian Hard Rock band "Savage Playground". The album was released on 22 January 2013. It is the second album to feature Simon Cruz as the band's lead singer. It is the first Crashdiet album to feature the same lead singer as its predecessor ( Generation Wild), as Dave Lepard committed suicide after their first album, Rest In Sleaze, and H. Olliver Twisted left after the band's second album The Unattractive Revolution. The first single from "The Savage Playground" was "Cocaine Cowboys", released on 14 December 2012 worldwide on iTunes.
