Craig Kowalski
Craig Kowalski (born January 15, 1981) is a former American professional ice hockey goaltender who most recently played for the Nottingham Panthers of the EIHL. Playing career Kowalski's Pro career begun on June 25, 2000, when he was selected by the Carolina Hurricanes in 2000 NHL Entry Draft. He was chosen in the eighth round by the Carolina Hurricanes as their seventh overall pick and 235th overall. More than four years after being drafted, on August 6, 2004, Kowalski signed a multi-year contract with the Hurricanes. He was spare Goaltenders of Carolina during the playoffs. Carolina gave him a Stanley Cup ring. Since he did not play for the Hurricanes, his name could not be included on the Stanley Cup. In 2007, Kowalski was released from a Player Try Out Contract with the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League, and subsequently signed with the Gwinnett Gladiators of the ECHL. Elite Ice Hockey League
The Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL), sometimes referred to as the British Elite League or, for sponsorship reasons, the Viaplay Elite League, is an ice hockey league in the United Kingdom. Formed in 2003 following the demise of the Ice Hockey Superleague, it is the highest level of ice hockey competition in the United Kingdom. The league operate three competitions for members; the play-offs determine the national champion for the season, following a regular season league competition for which separate champions are also crowned, and which selects and seeds the teams in the play-offs. Jordan Sigalet
Jordan Marvin Sigalet (born February 19, 1981) is a Canadian ice hockey coach and former goaltender who played one game in the National Hockey League for the Boston Bruins in 2006. In 2004, while playing at Bowling Green University, Sigalet was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. He continued playing until 2009 when he retired and turned to coaching. In 2014 he joined the Calgary Flames as their goaltending coach. His brother Jonathan also played in one NHL game with the Boston Bruins. Playing career University Sigalet played collegiate hockey at Bowling Green University. On February 27 and 28 2003, he played two games against Northern Michigan University. He stopped 66 shot attempts combined. Sigalet ended the 2003 NCAA hockey season in a playoff loss. Perani Cup Champions
The Perani Cup was an annual award given out at the conclusion of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association regular season to the player who finished with the most 'stars-of-the-game' points in CCHA play. While each school named a Perani Cup Champion, the official CCHA winner was the player who had the highest point total amongst all conference teams. points were calculated as 5 for a number one star, 3 for a number two star, and 1 for a number three star. Any player on the game roster was eligible to be star and only games between CCHA opponents would be counted towards the Perani Cup Standings. Mike Brown (ice Hockey, Born 1981)
Mike Brown (born September 9, 1981) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. Brown attended Ferris State University where he played four seasons (2001–2005) of NCAA hockey in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) with the Ferris State Bulldogs. In his freshman season he was named to the 2001–02 CCHA All-Rookie Team.
