State Road 15 (SR 15) is part of the Florida State Road System. This route is part of a multi two-state route 15 that begins at Florida and ends at Georgia at the North Carolina state line. Route description SR 15 runs from SR 80/ SR 880 at Belle Glade north along the east shore of Lake Okeechobee to Okeechobee. Then it runs north to SR 500 ( US 192) at Holopaw, and northwest along SR 500 to Ashton (east of St. Cloud), where it ends. County Road 15 in Osceola County and Orange County connects to the beginning of the next section, at SR 528 (the Bee Line Expressway) east of Orlando International Airport. From there, SR 15 travels north on Narcoossee Road, west on Hoffner Road, north on Conway Road through Conway, west on Lake Underhill Road, and west on South Street (northbound) and Anderson Street (southbound) on both sides of SR 408 to downtown Orlando. Seminole County, Florida (located in Central Florida) operates a system of county roads that serve all portions of the county. The Seminole County Public Works Department, Engineering Division, is responsible for maintaining all of the Seminole County roads. Most of the county roads are city streets and rural roads. The numbers and routes of state roads are assigned by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), while county road numbers are assigned by the counties, with guidance from FDOT. State Road 880 (SR 880) is a long state highway in Belle Glade, Florida, running from State Roads 80 and 15 east to State Road 717. From here, it continues east for almost to Twenty Mile Bend as County Road 880 (CR 880). Route description State Road 880 begins on MLK Jr. Boulevard, where it heads east towards State Road 717, the eastern terminus. State Road 408 (SR 408), officially named the Spessard L. Holland East–West Expressway, is a tolled expressway running east–west through Orlando, Florida, United States. Conway is a census-designated place and an unincorporated area in Orange County, Florida, United States. The population was 13,467 at the 2010 census. Holopaw is an unincorporated community in Osceola County, Florida, United States. It is located at the eastern end of the multiplex of highways US 192 and US 441. It has a population of fewer than 5,000 people and is part of the Orlando-Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. Holopaw, a Creek Indian word meaning "Walkway" or "Pavement", was a stop along the Kissimmee Valley extension of the FEC railroad. The years 1911-1929 saw the Florida East Coast Railway building what was advertised as a second complete mainline to Miami.
