Khawaja Nazimuddin
Sir Khawaja Nazimuddin ( bn, খাজা নাজিমুদ্দীন; ur, ; 19 July 1894 – 22 October 1964) was a Pakistani politician and one of the leading founding fathers of Pakistan. He is noted as being the first Bengali to have ruled Pakistan, first as a Governor-General (1948–51), and later as a Prime Minister (1951–53). Born into an aristocratic ''Nawab'' family in Bengal in 1894, he was educated at the Aligarh Muslim University before pursuing his post-graduation studies at the Cambridge University. Khawaja Muhammad Safdar
Khawaja Muhammad Safdar was a Pakistani politician from Pakistan Muslim League. Early life and career He was born in Sialkot and took an active part in the Pakistan Movement before 1947. In 1981, he was nominated as chairman of Majlis-e-Shoora, Pakistan and also acted as acting president of Pakistan in this capacity. He is the father of foreign minister of Pakistan in 2017, Khawaja Muhammad Asif. He was elected Member of Provincial Assembly of West Pakistan in 1962 and was thereafter elected as leader of opposition. He was re-elected to both these position in 1965. and served in those positions till 25 March 1969, when General Agha Muhammad Yahya Khan seized power and dissolved the Assemblies. Khawaja Muhammad Safdar contested 1970 elections in Pakistan but lost to a nominee of Pakistan Peoples Party. Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi
Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi (1917 - 25 September 1981) was a Pakistani politician who rose to prominence from a small town of Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan. Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi began his career in the police force as a constable but gave it up soon after the creation of Pakistan and ventured into business in association with his elder brother Ch Manzoor Elahi, who was a textile engineer by profession. The two brothers jointly purchased and operated a textile mill after independence of Pakistan in Gujrat. Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi was a Jat of the Warriach clan. He entered local politics in the 1950s.
