Cosmic Tradition
''The Cosmic Tradition'' is a series of six volumes, and also a cosmological doctrine, authored by Max and Alma Théon around the turn of the 20th century. The books, four volumes of which are available on-line in French, tell a creation myth and early human history, in an elaborate mythological style reminiscent of the works of H.P. Blavatsky, Rudolf Steiner ('' Cosmic Memory''), Edgar Cayce, and Ann Ree Colton. Max Théon
Max Théon (17 November 1848 – 4 March 1927) perhaps born Louis-Maximilian Bimstein, was a Polish Jewish Kabbalah, Kabbalist and Occultism, Occultist. In London while still a young man, he inspired The Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor in 1884, but seemed to have little to do with the day-to-day running of the organisation, or indeed its actual teachings (Chanel ''et al.'', ''Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor''). There is some dispute over whether Théon taught Blavatsky at some stage; the Mother in The Agenda (Mother), The Agenda says he did, Chanel et al. considers this unlikely, while K. Alma Théon
Alma Théon (1843–1908), born Mary Chrystine Woodroffe Ware (or Miriam Lin Woodroffe), was an occultist and wife and co-worker of Max Théon. According to Max Théon, his wife was the driving force behind the Cosmic movement or Cosmic Tradition that he taught. Creation Myth
A creation myth (or cosmogonic myth) is a symbolic narrative of how the world began and how people first came to inhabit it., "Creation myths are symbolic stories describing how the universe and its inhabitants came to be. Human History

Rudolf Steiner
Rudolf Joseph Lorenz Steiner (27 or 25 February 1861 – 30 March 1925) was an Austrian occultist, social reformer, architect, esotericist, and claimed clairvoyant. Steiner gained initial recognition at the end of the nineteenth century as a literary critic and published works including ''The Philosophy of Freedom''. At the beginning of the twentieth century he founded an esoteric spiritual movement, anthroposophy, with roots in German idealist philosophy and theosophy. Many of his ideas are pseudoscientific. He was also prone to pseudohistory. In the first, more philosophically oriented phase of this movement, Steiner attempted to find a synthesis between science and spirituality. Edgar Cayce
Edgar Cayce (; 18 March 1877 – 3 January 1945) was an American clairvoyant who claimed to channel his higher self while in a trance-like state. His words were recorded by his friend, Al Layne; his wife, Gertrude Evans, and later by his secretary, Gladys Davis Turner. During the sessions, Cayce would answer questions on a variety of subjects such as healing, reincarnation, dreams, the afterlife, past lives, nutrition, Atlantis, and future events. Cayce, a devout Christian and Sunday-school teacher, said that his readings came from his subconscious mind exploring the dream realm, where he said all minds were timelessly connected. Ann Ree Colton
Ann Ree Colton (born 1898) was a clairvoyant who founded the system of "niscience," a word Colton coined meaning to know beyond intellectual knowledge, "superconscious knowing," she called it. Biography and teachings Colton was born near Atlanta, Georgia in 1898. She wrote that at age 4, she gazed at the symbols on a stained glass and experienced a "knowing" of what they meant. She believed that when she concentrated on anything with a certain fixity, that it projected its meaning to her. Lurianic Kabbalah is a school of kabbalah named after Isaac Luria (1534–1572), the Jewish rabbi who developed it. Lurianic Kabbalah gave a seminal new account of Kabbalistic thought that its followers synthesised with, and read into, the earlier Kabbalah of the Zohar that had disseminated in Medieval circles.
