Cordial (album)
Cordial is the tenth studio album from Québécois band La Bottine Souriante. It was released in 2001 through the band's own label, Les Productions Mille-Pattes. Like in the band's recent albums, contemporary instruments are added in to give the songs a modern sound. In this album, synthesizers, drums and mixing (track 16) are introduced. The first track is even mixed with traditional arabic music. All the songs and reels are still mostly traditional. An album is a collection of audio recordings issued on compact disc (CD), Phonograph record, vinyl, audio tape, or another medium such as Digital distribution#Music, digital distribution.
