Cooper Chemical Company has been in business since 1857. The roots of the company were planted in the Iron Bound section (Clifford and Van Buren Streets) of Newark, New Jersey, by Charles Cooper and Jacob Kleinhans. The company, originally called Charles Cooper & Co., developed chemicals, additives, paints, and other materials for industries in the United States and consumers. The main business office was located on Worth Street (Manhattan), Worth Street near Chatham Square, Manhattan, Chatham Square in New York City. Jacob (; ; ar, يَعْقُوب, Yaʿqūb; gr, Ἰακώβ, Iakṓb), later given the name Israel, is regarded as a patriarch of the Israelites and is an important figure in Abrahamic religions, such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Worth Street is a two-way street running roughly northwest-southeast in Manhattan, New York City. It runs from Hudson Street, TriBeCa, in the west to Chatham Square in Chinatown in the east. Past Chatham Square, the roadway continues as Oliver Street, a north-south street running one-way northbound. Between West Broadway and Church Street, Worth Street is also known as Justice John M.
