Conor Morrison (Gaelic Footballer)
Conor Morrison (born 1995 or 1996) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for St Eunan's and the Donegal county team. Education Morrison attended St Eunan's College, studying for his Leaving Certificate in 2013–14. He commenced the final year of his engineering degree at Dublin City University (DCU) in 2019, commuting from Dublin for club training. Morrison's age is given as 23. Morrison played for DCU in the Sigerson Cup, winning the trophy in 2020. He completed his degree and qualified as a mechanical engineer later that year, receiving an undergraduate position with Mercury Engineering in Leixlip, County Kildare. He has a background in athletics and cross country. Playing career Club Morrison won the 2014 Donegal Senior Football Championship with his club. St Eunan's GAA
St Eunans GAA ( ; or ''Naomh Adhamhnáin'') is a dual club which plays hurling and Gaelic football. Their home ground is O'Donnell Park in Letterkenny. They field 35 teams, making them the biggest club in their county. One of the strongholds of Gaelic football in County Donegal, they have won the joint most Donegal Senior Football Championship along with Gaoth Dobhair who have also won 15. Considered Donegal's most prolific club, they are renowned for their conveyor belt-like consistency in producing players of senior inter-county quality, including numerous All-Ireland winners. Omagh St Enda's GAA
Omagh St Enda's is a Gaelic Athletic Association club from Omagh, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Conor Sally is club chairman. History GAA clubs existed in Drumragh parish during 1904-09 (including hurling and camogie), 1917–20 and intermittently in the 1920s. However it wasn't until 1932 when the Omagh St Enda's club was founded. The club's first meeting took place on 28 February in St Patrick's Hall opposite the Sacred Heart Church. Omagh contested the Tyrone Senior Football Championship final on four occasions before eventually winning the cup for the first time in 1948, beating Clogher Éire Óg GAC 1-3 to 0-2. In early 1962, the Omagh St Enda's club purchased of land at Lisnelly located near the Gortin Road. By 1968 the club had raised enough money to start construction of the new stadium. The 2018 National Football League, known for sponsorship reasons as the Allianz National Football League, was the 87th staging of the National Football League (NFL), an annual Gaelic football tournament for Gaelic Athletic Association county teams. Thirty-one county teams from the island of Ireland, plus London, compete. Kilkenny do not participate. The first six rounds in all four divisions were scheduled to have been played before 24 March 2018, allowing the final round seven matches to be played on that date. The 2018 Dr McKenna Cup, known for sponsorship reasons as the Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup, was a Gaelic football competition in the province of Ulster for county and university teams. It is normally held at the beginning of the GAA season. Twelve teams take part – the nine Ulster GAA county teams, county teams and three university teams, i.e. St Mary's University College, Belfast, Queen's University Belfast and Ulster University, Ulster University at Jordanstown (UUJ). The draw took place on Thursday 30 November in the Balmoral Hotel, Belfast with the fixtures confirmed following a meeting of Comhairle Uladh CCC on Tuesday 5 December 2017. Declan Bonner
Declan Bonner (born 11 August 1965) is an Irish Gaelic footballer and manager. He played at senior level for the Donegal county team, winning an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship in 1992. He later managed the Donegal county team for two spells between 1997 and 2000 and 2017 and 2022, winning two Ulster Senior Football Championships during the latter, while playing as goalkeeper for Na Rossa. Bonner's first spell as manager of the county team, from 1997 until 2000, saw him denied an Ulster Senior Football Championship by a last-minute Joe Brolly goal in the 1998 final. After leading the county minor team to the 2014 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship final, Bonner was given a second chance at the senior job when a vacancy arose in 2017.
