''Communicate!'' is the first studio album by soul band The Solution formed by Nicke Andersson and Scott Morgan recorded at Atlantis Studio and mixed in Polar Studios. The album was released in 2004 and was followed up with ''Will Not Be Televised'' in 2008. Scott Morgan (musician)
Scott Morgan is an American rock and roll and soul musician, most known for his work with the Sonic's Rendezvous Band, the Rationals, The Solution as well as his solo work. He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States. Recording career The Rationals Morgan's first band was The Rationals. In the early years the band went through several lineup changes but in the end, the lineup consisted of Scott Morgan (guitars and vocals), Steve Correll (guitars), Terry Trabandt (bass guitar) and Bill Figg (drums). The band started out playing instrumental blues and surf-inspired music but in 1964 the band played a cover of Barrett Strong's "Money", which was noticed by manager Jeep Holland. The band soon started to record their music and started touring. In 1968 the MC5 opened for the band when the Five were recording their debut live LP. The Solution (band)
The Solution is a soul band that was formed by the American Scott Morgan (Sonic's Rendezvous Band) and Swede Nick Royale (from The Hellacopters and Entombed) after previously working together in the rock n roll band The Hydromatics. History The origins of the band comes from when Nick Royale of The Hellacopters and Tony Slug from punk band Nitwitz planned to recorded a series of Sonic's Rendezvous Band cover songs. The project never got started due to hectic schedules, but when The Hellacopters toured in America Tony Slug set up a meeting with Scott Morgan and soon The Hydromatics were born. The band released the album "Parts Unknown" and the live recording "Fluid Drive", Nick was then forced to leave the band due to his responsibilities with his main project The Hellacopters. Despite Nick's departure from The Hydromatics, Scott and Nick kept in touch and Morgan recorded vocals for some of The Hellacopters' covers of Sonic's Rendezvous Band songs. Nicke Andersson (born 1 August 1972), also known as Nick Royale, is a Swedish musician best known for his work as the singer and guitarist for the rock band The Hellacopters and drummer for the death metal band Entombed. He was also briefly the drummer for Tiamat in 1989. Besides his work with the Hellacopters, Andersson currently plays and writes songs for the soul band The Solution, the death metal band Death Breath, the hard rock band Lucifer, and rock band Imperial State Electric. Mattias Hellberg
Mattias Hellberg (born 13 June 1973) is a Swedish musician. Hellberg has worked with a variety of Swedish bands and artists in different genres, both as a permanent member and as guest or session member. Recording career Hellbergs career started when his band Nymphet Noodlers was discovered and later produced by Ebbot from The Soundtrack of our Lives. Wayne Kramer of the MC5 once said that the Nymphet Noodlers was one of his favorite bands. Nymphet Noodlers broke up in 1996, but was reunited for a concert at Way out West August 2011. Former Nymphet colleagues Hederos and Hellberg recorded 8 cover songs meant to be a demo to get gigs in bars in 1996. Old friend Niclas Stenholm released the songs on the album M. Hederos M. Robert Dahlqvist
Robert Dahlqvist (16 April 1976 – 1 February 2017) was a Swedish guitarist and vocalist best known for his nine-year tenure with the rock band The Hellacopters. He was also the lead singer and lead guitarist for Dundertåget (first known as Thunder Express), a band originally started as a side project to his work with The Hellacopters. At the time of his death at age 40, Dahlqvist had nearly completed his second solo album, under the name Strängen. Career Early life and career Dahlqvist was born in Visby, Sweden but grew up in Uddevalla, Sweden, and got his first guitar at the age of ten and attended music school but quit after a month frustrated over not being allowed to play Kiss songs.
