''Cold Tracks'' ( no, Kalde spor) is a 1962 Norwegian drama film directed by Arne Skouen. Arne Skouen
Arne Skouen (18 October 1913 – 24 May 2003) was a Norwegian journalist, author, film director and film producer. Biography Arne Skouen was born in Kristiania (now Oslo), Norway. His parents were Peder Nikolai Skouen (1883-1978) and Jenny Emanuelson (1883-1975). He graduated at Hegdehaugen School in 1933. He had three distinct career careers: journalist, author and filmmaker, partly at the same time. He was a journalist at ''Dagbladet'' from 1935 to 1941. From 1941 during World War II, Skouen was associated with the Norwegian Resistance Movement during the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany. From 1943 to 1945, Skouen worked at the press office in Stockholm, London, and New York City. After the liberation of Norway at the end of World War II, he returned to ''Dagbladet'' as a columnist, serving from 1946 to 1947. He then worked at ''Verdens Gang'' from 1947 to 1957. The Kingdom of Norway has submitted films in the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film category at the Oscars since 1957. They only submitted two films in their first twenty years, but they became a regular fixture in the competition in 1980, failing to submit a film only once, in 1983. This is a list of submissions to the 35th Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. The Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film was created in 1956 by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to honour non-English-speaking films produced outside the United States. The award is handed out annually, and is accepted by the winning film's director, although it is considered an award for the submitting country as a whole. Countries are invited by the Academy to submit their best films for competition according to strict rules, with only one film being accepted from each country. For the 35th Academy Awards, thirteen films were submitted in the category Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. South Korea submitted a film for the first time. Sverre Holm Gundersen (24 July 1931 – 17 March 2005) was a Norwegian stage and film actor. He is probably best known for playing "Benny" in the Olsenbanden-movies (1969–1999), and as station master O. Tidemann the Norwegian children's program '' Sesam Stasjon'' (1990–1998), the Norwegian version of the US program, ''Sesame Street''. Johan Collett Müller Borgen (28 April 1902 – 16 October 1979) was a Norwegian writer, journalist and critic. His best-known work is the novel ''Lillelord'' for which he was awarded the Norwegian Critics Prize for Literature in 1955. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1966. Ragnhild Fjermeros Hald (November 9, 1896 – July 17, 1975) was a Norwegian actress. After attending high school from 1910 to 1913, she studied under Inga Jacobi.
