2021 Australian Census
The 2021 Australian census, simply called the 2021 Census, was the eighteenth national Census of Population and Housing in Australia. Coburg Harriers is an athletics club located in Coburg, in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. The club is based at the Harold Stevens Athletics Track. History The club was founded in 1896. The first general meeting of the club was held at the Public Hall in Coburg on Monday, 30 March 1896. The club affiliated with the Victorian Amateur Athletics Association (VAAA) on 13 May 1896. The first official uniform was all white, with royal blue facings and a royal blue capital C on the front. Merri Creek
The Merri Creek is a waterway in southern parts of Victoria, Australia, which flows through the northern suburbs of Northcote. It begins near Wallan north of Melbourne and flows south for 70 km until it joins the Yarra River at Dights Falls. The area where the creek meets the river was traditionally the location for large gatherings of the Wurundjeri people and is suspected to have been the location for one of the earliest land treaties in Australia between Indigenous Australians and European settlers. The creek was the site of heavy industrial use throughout much of the 20th century, being home to quarries, landfills and accepting waste runoff from neighbouring factories. This has degraded the riparian ecology of the creek leaving behind pollutants such as heavy metals and various greases. Merlynston Creek
Merlynston Creek is a tributary of Merri Creek in Melbourne's northern suburbs, in Victoria, Australia. The source of the creek is the National Boulevard Reserve located in an industrial area in the north of Campbellfield in City of Hume. The creek travels about 11 kilometres from its source in Campbellfield, through the suburbs of Coolaroo, Dallas, Broadmeadows, Glenroy, Hadfield, Fawkner, and Coburg North to its confluence with the Merri Creek above Coburg Lake. Campbellfield Creek joins Merlynston Creek as it passes through Fawkner Cemetery. The Creek passes through ''Jack Roper Reserve'', a picturesque lake and Melbourne Water flood mitigation retention basin, and one of City of Hume's most popular family parks. Edgars Creek
Edgar's Creek is a minor creek tributary of the Merri Creek in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. Edgars Creek has a catchment on the basalt plains in Wollert, Victoria, Wollert and flows south through the suburbs of Epping, Thomastown and Reservoir, to join the Merri Creek at North Coburg. Sites of geomorphological significance located along the creek include a silurian bed waterfall, a high cliff which exposes the Melbourne Formation sediments, and Pleistocene alluvial terraces and meanders where bones of extinct marsupials such as Diprotodon have been found. These flats have been shown to contain Aboriginal archaeological material and were used for Market Gardens and associated with the McKay farm in the nineteenth century.
