Club Deportivo Ferroviarios de Chile is a Chilean Football club based in Estacion Central, Santiago. They currently play at the fifth level of Chilean football, the Tercera B. History The club was founded on July 14, 1916, by railroad workers in the Barrio San Eugenio; and on February 23, 1950, when they merged with Santiago Badminton, until 1969 they were known as ''Ferrobadminton''. Badminton then decided to undo the merger and moved to Curicó. In 1980, the club moved to Talagante and adopted the name of ''Talagante-Ferro''. In 1982 was renamed as Ferroviarios. The Chilean Primera División (English: First Division) is the top-tier league of the Chilean football league system. It is organized by the '' ANFP''. The league is known as the Campeonato AFP PlanVital for sponsorship reasons. Format As of the 2018 season, 16 teams compete in the league, playing against each other two times, home and away. Club de Deportes Santiago Morning (popularly known as Chaguito Morning or Morning) is a Chilean professional football club based in Recoleta, Santiago. They compete in the Primera B. Talagante () is a commune and the capital city of the province of the same name in the Santiago Metropolitan Region of central Chile. Curicó (), meaning "Black Waters" in Mapudungun (originally meaning "Land of Black Water"), is the capital city of the Curicó Province, part of the Maule Region in Chile's central valley.
