Clive Griffiths (rugby)
Clive Ronald Griffiths (born 2 April 1954), also known by the nickname of "Griff", is a Welsh former dual-code international rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s and 1980s, and coached rugby union and rugby league in the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. Loughor
Loughor () ( cy, Casllwchwr) is a Welsh town in the City and County of Swansea, within the Historic counties of Wales, historic county boundaries of Glamorgan, Wales. It lies on the estuary of the River Loughor. The town has a community (Wales), community council under the name Llwchwr. The town is bordered by the communities of Bynea in Carmarthenshire, Grovesend (Pengelli), Gowerton (Tre-Gwŷr), and Gorseinon. Loughor is part of the built-up area of Gorseinon. Widnes Vikings
The Widnes Vikings are an English rugby league club in Widnes, Cheshire, which competes in the Betfred Championship. The club plays home matches at the Halton Stadium. Founded as Widnes Football Club, they are one of the original twenty-two rugby clubs that formed the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1895. The England national rugby union team represents England in men's international rugby union. They compete in the annual Six Nations Championship with France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales. Owain Griffiths (born 18 July 1991) is former a Welsh international rugby league player who currently plays for the North Wales Crusaders. His usual positions is Hooker. Son of Welsh rugby league legend Clive Griffiths, Owain has established himself as an up-and-coming star of the future having played for Wales under 18s and Wales Students. He started his career at local St Helens club Pilkington Recs and was in the academy of Super League club Huddersfield Giants. Gowerton Grammar School
Gowerton ( cy, Tregŵyr) is a large village and community, about 4 miles north west of Swansea city centre, Wales. Gowerton is often known as the gateway to the Gower Peninsula. Penclawdd ( cy, Pen-clawdd) is a village in the north of the Gower Peninsula in the county of Swansea, Wales. Historically, it was part of Glamorgan. Penclawdd is most famous for its local cockle industry which goes back for many years to Roman times. It falls within the Penclawdd electoral ward. Swansea Rugby Football Club is a Welsh rugby union team which plays in the Welsh Premiership.
