Claver Gatete (born 23 May 1962) is a Rwandan politician and ambassador, who currently serves as Rwanda's Permanent Representative to the United Nations as of March 28, 2022. He previously served as the Ministry of Infrastructure (Rwanda), Minister of Infrastructure in the Cabinet of Rwanda, Rwandan cabinet. Valentine Sendanyoye Rugwabiza (born 25 July 1963) is a Rwandan businesswoman and politician who has served as the country's Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2016 to 2018. She now is the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and head of MINUSCA, the United Nations peacekeeping mission in the Central African Republic.
