Clash Of Champions (2020)
The 2020 Clash of Champions was the fourth and final Clash of Champions professional wrestling pay-per-view and livestreaming event produced by WWE. It was held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. The event took place on September 27, 2020, from the WWE ThunderDome, hosted at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. An event was planned for 2021, but its September date was instead given to Extreme Rules. As per the theme of the event, all championships available to the Raw and SmackDown brands at the time were defended with the exception of the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship, which was originally scheduled to be defended; however, the match was canceled as the champions were not medically cleared to compete. Drew McIntyre
Andrew McLean Galloway IV (born 6 June 1985) is a Scottish professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand under the ring name Drew McIntyre. Professional wrestling is a form of theater that revolves around staged wrestling matches. The WWE Universal Championship is a world heavyweight championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE, representing the SmackDown brand division. It is one of two world titles for WWE's main roster, alongside Raw's WWE Championship. The current champion is Roman Reigns, who is in his second reign, which is the longest reign for the title. As Reigns concurrently holds the WWE Championship, he presently defends the titles together across both brands as the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, although both titles retain their individual lineages. WWE Extreme Rules
WWE Extreme Rules is a professional wrestling event produced annually by WWE, a Connecticut-based promotion. It is broadcast live and available only through pay-per-view (PPV) and the livestreaming services Peacock and the WWE Network. The name of the event stems from various matches on the card being contested under hardcore wrestling regulations with generally one match being an Extreme Rules match, introduced at the 2010 event. The brand extension, also referred to as the brand split, is the separation of the American professional wrestling promotion WWE's roster of wrestlers (and, at various times, creative staff) into distinct divisions, or "brands".
