Clark Creek is a tributary of the Susquehanna River in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, in the United States.Gertler, Edward. ''Keystone Canoeing'', Seneca Press, 2004. Clark Creek was named for the Clark family who settled near its banks in the 1720s. The creek is dammed to form DeHart Reservoir, part of the water supply system for the city of Harrisburg. Dauphin County (; Pennsylvania Dutch: Daffin Kaundi) is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 286,401. The county seat and the largest city is Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's state capital and ninth largest city.
