Civitas Christiana
Civitas Christiana is a Dutch non-profit activist organization of Catholic inspiration. Through online petitions, mailing, books, and street activism it works to defend the traditional Christian understanding of the family and opposes abortion, the LGBT movement, gender ideology, pedophilia, feminism, environmentalism, multiculturalism, Islam, and mass immigration. Founded in 2014 by Hugo Bos, Civitas Christiana is a member of the international network of Societies for the Defense of Tradition, Family, and Property. ''Nederlands Dagblad'' (; "Dutch Daily") is a Dutch daily newspaper, available nationwide, with a daily circulation of 23,800 issues (in 2020). History The paper was founded in 1944 as a semi- resistance paper during World War II called ''Reformatie Stemmen'' (Reformatory Voices). After the war it was renamed ''De Vrije Kerk'' (The Free Church) and later ''Gereformeerd gezinsblad'' (Reformed Family Paper). In 1959 it became a daily newspaper. The paper obtained its current name in 1967. For many years it had a strong binding with the Reformed Churches in the Netherlands (Liberated) and the Gereformeerd Politiek Verbond, a former Dutch christian political party. In recent years, it attempts to offer a broader perspective on contemporary issues from a Christian point of view. The office is located in Amersfoort. Tradition, Family, Property (TFP; pt, Tradição, Família, Propriedade) is an international movement of political/civic organizations of Traditionalist Catholic inspiration. The first TFP was founded by Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira in Brazil in 1960, inspired by his 1959 book ''Revolution and Counter-Revolution'', which became the TFPs' foundational text, later supplemented by his 1993 ''Nobility and Analogous Traditional Elites in the Allocutions of Pius XII''. He remained president of the Brazilian TFP's national council until his death in 1995. After his death, there was a legal battle upon the title and ownership of the Brazilian TFP, which was ultimately won by João Scognamiglio Clá Dias, in 2004, while he had created previously the Heralds of the Gospel (2001).
