Chuck Blasdel
Chuck Blasdel (born 1971) is a former Speaker Pro-Tempore in the Ohio House of Representatives., and was the Representative of Ohio's 1st district from 2001 through 2006. He was the Republican nominee for U.S. Congress in Ohio's 6th congressional district. Early life, education, and family Blasdel was born in Akron, Ohio. He received an AA degree in accounting from Ohio Valley Business College, (now Ohio Valley College of Technology). He is married to Monica (née Robb) Blasdel and has four children. Business career Blasdel runs his own investment adviser firm, Blasdel Financial Group, and has property holdings in eastern Ohio. Jon A. Husted (born August 25, 1967) is an American politician serving as the 66th lieutenant governor of Ohio, since 2019. He was previously the 53rd Ohio Secretary of State. A member of the Republican Party, he previously represented the 6th District of the Ohio Senate (a portion of Montgomery County) from 2009 to 2011 and was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 2001 to 2009. Theodore Strickland (born August 4, 1941) is an American politician who was the 68th governor of Ohio, serving from 2007 to 2011. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served in the United States House of Representatives, representing (1993–1995, 1997–2007). Wellsville is a village in southern Columbiana County, Ohio, United States, along the Ohio River. Its population was 3,113 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Salem micropolitan area, north of Steubenville and south of Youngstown. In its heyday, Wellsville was home to industries in transportation, both through rail terminals on the Pennsylvania Railroad and docks on the Ohio River, as well as pottery and ceramics manufacturing. Linda S. Bolon (born June 22, 1948) is a Democratic politician who served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 1st District from 2007 to 2010 for 2 terms.
