Christopher Rose (judge)
Sir Christopher Dudley Roger Rose (born 10 February 1937) is a former judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales and a member of the Privy Council of the United Kingdom. Education Christopher Rose was educated at Morecambe Grammar School (1947—1950), a former state grammar school, in the seaside town of Morecambe, in Lancashire, and Repton School (1950—1954), a boarding independent school for boys, in the village of Repton, in Derbyshire, followed by the University of Leeds (1954—1957), from which he obtained a degree in Law and Wadham College at the University of Oxford, from which he graduated as Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL), in 1959. He has acted as an Honorary Fellow at Wadham College since 1993. Life and career Rose became Vice-President of the Criminal Division of the Court of Appeal in 1997. Christopher Rose (born January 9, 1957) is a professor of engineering and associate provost at Brown University in Rhode Island and a founding member of WINLAB at Rutgers University in New Jersey. He was educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; SB'79, SM'81, Ph.D'85 all in Course VI (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science). Chris Rose (artist)
Christopher Andrew Rose (born 27 August 1959 in Kilembe, Uganda) is a British wildlife artist. He is member of the Society of Wildlife Artists (SWLA) since 1983. Rose was born in Uganda where he lived until the age of six. After an education in the Rydens County Secondary School in Hersham, Surrey he studied biology at the University of Nottingham from 1979 to 1981 where he graduated to BSc. Unable to find work as a biologist he was offered a contract as illustrator for the Dorset Heritage Coast Project, where he worked until 1982. Between 2003 and 2009 he served on the board of governors of the Federation of British Artists and was secretary of the SWLA from 2009 to 2015. Chris Rose is a New York Times Best-Selling New Orleans, Louisiana, writer and journalist. For years best known for light-hearted writing in the Times-Picayune, he gained greater attention for his chronicles of the effect of Hurricane Katrina on New Orleans since 2005. Life Rose graduated from the Georgetown Preparatory School in 1978 and received a journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1982. After a stint as a staff writer at ''The Washington Post'', he joined the ''Times-Picayune'' as a crime reporter in 1984. Over the years, he has covered national politics, economics, Southern regionalism, pop culture, and New Orleans nightlife, traditions, lifestyles and entertainment. Christopher Rose (born January 27, 1971) is an American sportscaster for the NFL Network. He is also a commentator for the Discovery Channel series ''BattleBots'' and podcast host for Jomboy Media. Early life and career Rose, who was born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, an eastside Cleveland suburb, attended University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio during high school and spent his childhood summers at North Star Camp. Rose attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and graduated in 1993. He served as station manager at the student-run radio station, WMSR.
