Christian Preußer
Christian Preußer (born 23 January 1984) is a German Association football, football manager. Coaching career Preußer managed FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt, Rot-Weiß Erfurt's under-19 team before signing a contract to manage the senior team until mid-2015 on 24 March 2015. The contract was extended until 2016 on 21 April 2015. He was sacked on 15 December 2015. On 1 July 2016, Preußer was appointed manager of Oberliga Baden-Württemberg team SC Freiburg II. He achieved promotion to the Regionalliga Südwest in his first season and established the side as one of the top teams in the league. Under his reign more than 20 players from the second team made it into professional football. In February 2021, Preußer announced his intention to leave the club in the summer, in search of a "new challenge". In May 2021, he signed a two-year contract with 2. FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt is a German association football club based in Erfurt, Thuringia. History Foundation to World War II The club has roots that go back to a cricket club founded in 1895. As they broadened their interests they came to be called ''Sport Club Erfurt''. The club was a founding member of the German Football Association in 1900 and in 1904 they joined the ''Verband Mitteldeutscher Ballspielvereine'' (Central German Football League). The side won the league championship in 1908–09 and advanced as far as the semi final of the national round where they lost to the eventual champion. While Erfurt did manage to play for a number of seasons in the premier level Gauliga Mitte, formed after 1933, they failed to earn any honours. SC Freiburg II is the reserve team of German association football club SC Freiburg, based in Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg. The team played as SC Freiburg Amateure until 2005. The team has reached the first round of the DFB-Pokal, the German Cup, once, in 2001–02. They were promoted to the 3. Liga for the first time in 2021, after winning the Regionalliga Südwest. Düsseldorfer Turn- und Sportverein Fortuna 1895 e.V., commonly known as Fortuna Düsseldorf (), is a German football club in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, which competes in the 2. Bundesliga. Borussia Dortmund II are the reserve team of Borussia Dortmund. They play in the 3. Liga, at Stadion Rote Erde. Until 2005, the team played as Borussia Dortmund Amateure. History From Kreisliga to Oberliga (Until 1997) The second team of Borussia Dortmund initially played at the Kreisliga and was promoted to the Bezirksliga in 1957. After a third-place finish in 1957, they were promoted into the Landesliga Westfalen in 1964. In 1969, Borussia Dortmund II won the Landesliga Westfalen eight points clear of Teutonia Lippstadt, gaining promotion into the Westfalenliga, the highest amateur league in Westphalia at the time. Oberliga Baden-Württemberg
The Oberliga Baden-Württemberg is the highest association football league in the state of Baden-Württemberg and the Baden-Württemberg football league system. It is one of fourteen Oberligas in German football, the fifth tier of the German football league system. Until the introduction of the 3. Liga in 2008 it was the fourth tier of the league system, and until the introduction of the Regionalligas in 1994 the third tier. The Regionalliga Südwest ( en, Regional League Southwest) is the fourth tier of the German football league system in the states of Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland.
