Chris Lent
Chris Lent (born March 15, 1988) is an American drummer and keyboardist, formerly a member of the post-hardcore band From First to Last, and of the experimental metal band I Set My Friends on Fire. Musical career By Far the Least/Dead Reckless (2005–2006) By Far the Least became Dead Reckless, a southern rock band, that was produced by Matt Good and Travis Richter on several songs. Dead Reckless toured the Dead by Dawn 2 tour with From First to Last, He is Legend, Haste the Day, and Chiodos. The band disbanded in the spring of 2006 while on tour in Tennessee. From First to Last (2006–2009) Lent was the keyboard player for From First to Last. He is seen in the video for Worlds Away, and the live performance on Jimmy Kimmel for Two as One. Lent performed at Download Festival, Rock Am Ring, Pinkpop, Warped Tour, KISS headliner, among other tours and festivals with the band. He Is Legend is an American hard rock/ heavy metal band from Wilmington, North Carolina, formed in the late 1990s but settled on the name "He Is Legend" in 2003. According to the aggregate of the listeners, He Is Legend's music is similar to that of Alexisonfire, Every Time I Die, Norma Jean, and Thrice. I Set My Friends on Fire (often abbreviated as ISMFOF) is an experimental rock band from Miami, Florida. The band was formed in 2007 by Matt Mehana and former member Nabil Moo. The group signed with Epitaph Records before releasing their debut album, ''You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter'', in 2008. Their second album, ''Astral Rejection'', was originally supposed to be released on June 22, 2010, but the original recording was shelved by Epitaph, and later released on June 21, 2011. Shortly after, Chris Lent also left the band. Their third album, ''Caterpillar Sex'', was announced in 2013 but has since still never seen a release. ''Astral Rejection'' is the second album by American experimental band I Set My Friends on Fire. The album's original release date was June 22, 2010 but due to line-up changes and the original recordings being scrapped, it was pushed back by almost a year to June 21, 2011. Release The first single to be released from the album was a demo called "Excite Dyke", which was released on June 15, 2010. The second single, "It Comes Naturally" was released on March 21, 2011. On June 24, 2011, the third single, "Life Hertz" was released on PureVolume. On June 13, 2011, a music video for their fourth single called "Astral Rejection" was released on YouTube. On June 16, 2011, the band began streaming the entire album on their Facebook page. The album was released in stores on June 21, 2011. Jon Syverson
Jon Syverson (born August 21, 1980) is an American musician and songwriter, best known as the drummer of the rock band Daughters since 2002. He has also handled drumming duties for As the Sun Sets and The Color of Violence, and more recently Unsane. Recently Jon also joined up with another Providence band called Snowbird. Snowbird has Jon on drums along with Steve Murphy. He was the main songwriter for As the Sun Sets and would often record guitars or bass in the studio for technical parts that he had written. When As The Sun Sets disbanded in 2002, he formed Daughters with long-time friend and band mates Alexis S.F. Marshall and Jeremy Wabiszczewicz and was at first the main songwriters for that band. Derek Bloom (born January 30, 1983 in South Pasadena, California) is an American musician and singer, known for drumming in post-hardcore band From First to Last for all of their time as a band until their revival. He left From First to Last in November 2013, later rejoining in 2017. He is also the drummer for his grindcore side-project with Travis Richter, known as The Color of Violence. Smosh is an American YouTube sketch comedy- improv collective founded by Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox. ''From First to Last'' is the third album by From First to Last, released on May 6, 2008 through Suretone and Interscope Records. "Two as One" is the album's first single, which hit the radio on March 17. This is the first full-length album by the band without Sonny Moore (Skrillex) as lead vocalist; the band's guitarist, Matt Good, takes over from him. In contrast to the band's previous album ''Heroine'', the album features a more accessible, alternative rock sound.
