Apart from the expressways of China that are planned and constructed later, most of the CNH are not controlled-access highways. Pulandian District () is one of the seven districts under the administration of Dalian, located in the south of Liaoning province, People's Republic of China. Its area is and its permanent population is 741,230. The district borders the prefecture-level city of Yingkou to the north. Haicheng, Liaoning
Haicheng () is a county-level city in central Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China, located about southwest of the provincial capital Shenyang. It is under the administration of Anshan City, the seat of which lies to the northeast.
