Chikao Ōtsuka
was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator. He was most known for the roles of Captain Hook (''Peter Pan no Bōken & Disney's Peter Pan''), Dick Dastardly (''Wacky Races'' & ''Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines''), Goemon Ishikawa XIII (''Lupin III''), Nezumi Otoko ('' GeGeGe no Kitaro''), Denzō Yamada (''Nintama Rantarō''), Professor Moriarty (''Sherlock Hound''), Jagi (''Fist of the North Star''), Doctor Eggman ('' Sonic the Hedgehog'' series), Gol D. Roger (One Piece), Xehanort ('' Kingdom Hearts'' series), Dr. Weil (''Mega Man Zero''), Taopaipai ('' Dragon Ball''), Piedmon and Apocalymon ('' Digimon''), and Wario in his commercials. He was the official dubbing artist of Charles Bronson and Richard Widmark. At the time of his death, he was attached with Aoni Production. He was the father of Akio Ōtsuka. Setagaya
is a special ward in Tokyo, Japan. It is also the name of a neighborhood and administrative district within the ward. The ward calls itself Setagaya City in English. Mega Man Zero
is a series in Capcom's '' Mega Man'' video game franchise. It was developed by Inti Creates, with Co-Producer Keiji Inafune and Director Yoshinori Kawano. The series consists of four games that were first released on the Game Boy Advance and later on the Nintendo DS and the Virtual Console (Wii U). The story plays 100 years after the ''Mega Man X'' storyline and follows the re-awakened Zero, who is fighting in a war between humans and Reploids, self-aware, human-like robots who are oppressed and hunted down by mankind due to a worldwide energy shortage crisis.
